Timing is everything! If you love to exercise outdoors, make sure you get your workout in at dawn or dusk – not in the dark. Try some great activities like water workouts, swimming, hiking, kayaking or paddle boarding!

If you prefer indoor exercises, get creative! Need to clean? Turn your routine into a workout and let your inner child play! Time yourself vacuuming and do some lunges while you move around. Race up the stairs, put your laundry basket on the floor, and do squats as you grab clothes to fold.

Do you have young kids? Unplug them and build a fort or play hide-n-seek. Make games out of your cleaning activities, and turn it into quality time you will all cherish.
